August and September seemed to fly by in a flash for the Kuiper family. We got together with our Cleveland Dinner Club Friends again after a long time. We enjoyed seeing everyone again and especially watching all the kids play so well together.
Tejas continues to melt his Mommy's heart. His favorite picture out of all the ones Mommy recently printed for her cube at work is the one of her, Karina and him. He carried it with him everywhere for several days until he misplaced it.
The kids went up to Grand Rapids to visit their new cousin, Kyla Lee Kuiper. Tejas kept correcting us as he thought we were trying to say Karina's name, Karina Lee Kuiper. Tejas loved Kyla and was very gentle as usual but Karina on the other hand would whine anytime Mommy even attempted to hold Kyla. Also if you didn't keep an eye on Karina she would make every attempt to poke Kyla's eye or smack her in the face. Tejas also enjoyed jumping on the trampoline and dancing with his cousins Kiersten and Owen.
In Michigan the kids also loved seeing their Oma, Grandpa, Aunt Jens, Uncle Jesse and Uncle Josh. Poor Karina was baffled as to how two of her daddies were around. One morning she was content on Uncle Jesse's lap until her dad showed up. Most of us have the twins figured out but not that little peanut yet.
Karina is really trying to talk more and more. She says a handful of words and attempts many more. She especially loves to dance and watch her brother.
